Amadora provides you the opportunity to create your own custom legacy video, to capture the version of you that your loved ones will carry with them forever.

 

We believe that it is never too early in your medical journey to capture your stories, so whether you are recently diagnosed and on active treatment or your goals have changed to supportive care, we encourage you to apply.

 

On average, each custom legacy video costs a minimum of $3000 to produce. Thanks to generous donations from the community, we are pleased to create these custom gifts of love completely free of charge for eligible participants. A participant is currently deemed eligible if they have been diagnosed with Huntington’s, ALS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, stage IV cancer, or are actively enrolled in a Hospice program.

 

Currently, we serve central and eastern Iowa. With continued support from our donors, we anticipate expanding our locations in the near future.
